Our service starts with a FREE on site fact find.
A senior consultant will undertake the fact find and stay with the project until conclusion.
STAGE 1. FREE - On Site Fact Finding
Successful IT projects are built on the foundation of accurate analysis and fact finding. We need to understand your problems and issues and how you perceive your IT problems. From this initial fact find we will construct a high level proposal. The site visit is preceded by a short questionnaire. The questionnaire is designed to help you get the maximum benefit from the site visit.
High Level Outline Proposal
We will provide a high level written proposal. The purpose of this proposal is to give you an indication of time scales, costs and effort associated with your project. In our experience clients want to know what we are intending to do, why we are doing it, how much will it cost and how long will it take. They also need an idea as to the ongoing maintenance costs.
The High Level Outline Proposal will contain:-

Project Objectives and Deliverables
High Level Design
Security Implications
Project Approach
Estimated Project Timescales
Estimated Costs
Ongoing Maintenance\Support
Conclusion
Next steps.
The high level proposal is intended a discussion document leading to the production of the final proposal. At this stage you have not incurred any costs.
STAGE 2 - FINAL PROPOSAL
The final proposal is based on the discussions around the outline proposal.
The final proposal brings together the fine detail and costings associated with your project.
It is the basis for the final agreement and will contain:-
Executive summary of project.
Detailed design.
Final agreed approach.
Agreed areas of responsibility.
Agreed timescales
Final Costs.
Agreed payment terms
The final proposal forms the basis for the project.
STAGE 3 - INSTALLATION
Installation will be carried out by suitably qualified technicians. Work will follow industry standard guidelines. The project is managed by your single point of contact - normally the consultant who initiated the project.
STAGE 4 - TESTING
In our experience time used for testing is never wasted. We will test and prove all aspects of the installation prior to handover and "go live".
STAGE 5 -HANDOVER
We agree a handover process as part of the final proposal. No shocks, no unexpected costs, no "I thought you were going to......"
Following handover an annual maintenance contract is put in place to ensure continued trouble free operation.
